Our natural and raw forest honey is 100% Spanish honey.

Forest honey (honeydew) is a special honey, it is the only honey that bees don't make from flower nectar.

Bees collect the sap that trees suach as holm oaks, pines or oaks expel in areas that have a good humidity condition.

BECAUSE THESE HONEYS ARE NATURAL AND RAW
- It is never pasteurized, we want it to preserve the properties that make it unique.
- To clean it is never ultrafiltered (we want it to preserve the properties of all pollen).
- It is never mixed with foreign honey, only monofloral and 100% Spanish.
- Never be given to antibiotic bees.
- They never feed bees with industrial sugars, only with their own honey.
- It comes from a mountainous environment far from the cities and with very low levels of pollution.
